Payment Information

1. For shipping within Germany:

   For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment methods, unless specified otherwise in the respective product description:

   • Advance payment via bank transfer
   • PayPal (PayPal, installment payment from 99 euros to 5000 euros, invoice purchase with Ratepay (up to 30 days), credit card, and debit card)
   • Cash payment upon collection



2. For shipping outside of Germany:

   For international deliveries, we offer the following payment methods, unless specified otherwise in the respective product description:

   • Advance payment via bank transfer
   • PayPal (PayPal, installment payment from 99 euros to 5000 euros, invoice purchase with Ratepay (up to 30 days), credit card, and debit card)



3. Detailed information about the individual payment options:

   • Advance payment via bank transfer

     Conveniently transfer the invoice amount to our bank account stating the order number within 5 days. We will provide you with our bank details and the transfer reference separately by email during the ordering process. For payments by bank transfer, we grant a 1% discount on the gross merchandise value of the respective order.

   • PayPal (PayPal, installment payment from 99 euros to 5000 euros, invoice purchase (up to 30 days), credit card, and debit card)

     • PayPal: You need a PayPal account. Typically, the amount due is debited from your account promptly.
     • PayPal Credit Card: The charge to your bank account or credit card usually occurs within one to two business days after successful payment processing. The processing time can be shorter, so that in some cases the debit may take place after just 12 hours.
     • PayPal Installment Payment via Ratepay: PayPal Installment Payment is a payment option for online purchases between 99 and 5000 euros. You can select this option during the PayPal payment process or choose Installment Payment powered by PayPal as your payment method in the online shop. You must provide your name, address, date of birth, and bank details, after which it will be checked whether your application is approved. The term is 12 months and the installments are collected by PayPal.
     • PayPal Invoice Purchase: PayPal Invoice Purchase is a payment method that allows customers to pay for the merchandise after 30 days. PayPal Invoice Purchase is not available for all customers; this is checked in advance.
   
   

   • Cash payment upon collection

     You pick up the goods from our store and pay on-site in cash or by EC card. We will first inform you by email that the goods you ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this email, you can pick up the goods by appointment at the following address: High-Tech-Diving & Zschopautaler Imker, Silvio Uhlemann, Kopernikusstraße 2, 09669 Frankenberg Sachsen, Phone: +49(0)3720684551. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
